Pastime

Conflicts - mr lee was trying to test tai poh if he was the right person for the job and that shocked tai poh even though mr lee told him it was just a story. (pg. 217-218) [external conflict]

Climax - when mr lee decided to test tai poh by making the character in his 'story' look like tai poh and explain the rules of how tai poh can make money. (pg. 218)

Resolution - complete ending and bringing much relief to the readers after the phrase 'its just a story'.

Characters:

Tai Poh - untrustworthy (pg. 217) he doesn't trust himself over secrets.
- storyteller (pg. 212-213) he likes to tell stories.

Mr Lee - cunning (pg. 217) he wanted to test tai poh in his story.
- patient (pg. 215) he waited for tai poh to finsh his story.

Most interesting part of the story - when mr lee decided to test tai poh in making him think that tai poh is the main character in mr lee's story and wanted to hear tai poh's answer to his test. tai poh starts to get suspicious and probably uncomfortable as he was made to think that the character in mr lee's story was him and the answer must be his answer.
